Cryptocurrency transfer fees

We process crypto asset transfer orders within an average of 10 minutes from the proper receipt of the order, and no later than 24 hours. Processing time includes the execution of security and operational controls. Upon completion of processing, we broadcast the transaction to the appropriate DLT network. The time required for transaction confirmation depends on the network itself and is beyond our control. From the moment the transaction is broadcast to the DLT network, the transaction is irreversible and cannot be cancelled, revoked, or modified. The transfer status can be monitored at any time via public blockchain explorers (block explorer) using the transaction identifier (Transaction ID) available in the platform's user interface.
