How To Verify Business Account on Bitcoin Store?

Počnite trgovati kriptovalutama na Bitcoin Store platformi uz verificirani poslovni račun u samo nekoliko jednostavnih koraka. Ovaj vodič pruža sve što trebate za uspješno i sigurno dovršavanje postupka verifikacije.

To access trading features on the Bitcoin Store platform and make your first deposit, your business account must be verified.

The process is straightforward, designed to ensure compliance with legal requirements while providing a seamless experience for all businesses.

Prepare all the documents you might need for the verification and let’s begin!

Step 1: Create a Business Account

To create a business account, go to the Getting Started button in the upper right
corner.

Choose Business Account and pick a country of company’s headquarters.

Then proceed with entering the details about your business that include Legal entity name and the legal form of your entity (as can be seen in the image below).

Click Create a business account to go to the final step.

In the final step of account creation, type in your email address (*preferably your business email address) and choose a strong password.

Don’t forget to tick the boxes and finally, click Create an account.

Following that, you should receive a message asking you to validate your email address. Check your mailbox and Junk or Spam folders for an activation link that was sent.

Step 2: Log In and Access the Verification Section

Once you’ve created your business account and confirmed your email address, go to the right side of the screen and click Verify account.

Note: We recommend completing the verification process on a computer or laptop rather than a smartphone. This is because the procedure requires multiple documents related to your business, which are often easier to access, organize, and upload from a computer.

Click Continue on this device if you are using a computer and for the next step select your country of residence ( USA or non-USA). After that, you will proceed to submitting information about your business.

Step 3: Submit Business Information

In the next step, you will need to type in the following details of your business:

  • Company name (e.g. MyCompany LLC)
  • Choose country (it should already show the country you’ve chosen upon account registration)
  • City where your business is headquartered
  • Type of entity (e.g. company, craft business or association)
  • Legal address
  • Postal address
  • Tax ID
  • Website of your business (optional)

Step 4: Upload Business Documentation

Now it’s time to have all your business documents ready for the upload.

Documents tied to your business that you are required to upload, include the following:

COMPANIES  (PLC, LLC and Simple LLC):

  • excerpt from the court register (not older than 3 months),
  • excerpt from the Register of Beneficial Owners (not older than 1 month),
  • a copy of the founding act (articles of association or statement of incorporation)

CRAFT BUSINESS

  • decision on registration in the Trade Register,
  • excerpt from the Trade Register (not older than 3 months),
  • trade license,
  • partnership agreement (if it is a joint trade). In that case, all partners are required to undergo the process of identification and verification of identity.

ASSOCIATION

  • Articles of Association,
  • excerpt from the Register of Associations (not older than 3 months),

*If the UBOs (the person that is the ultimate beneficiary when an institution initiates a transaction) of the company are not identifiable, e.g. it is a public company, please tick the box as shown in the image above.

Step 5: Verify the Representative’s Identity

For the next step, choose the UBO’s position within the company. Let’s say it's a director or board member.

Type in the first and last name of the direction and the email address that you used for the registration.

This person will go through the identity check - the process is identical to the one in the blog:

Make sure to give it a look if you need more assistance for while going through the last stage of the account verification.

Step 7: Wait for an Email Approval

Once you've completed all of the verification processes, you should receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your Bitcoin Store business account.

The email should say Verification Successful, indicating that your account is now fully validated and ready to trade!
